Just like a physical store, QTICA.com provides you with a shopping cart. Once you've discovered an item you want, simply click the ORDER button. From there, you can begin the basic ordering process. The item will remain in your cart wherever else you decide to go in the store and you can always remove the item later if you change your mind.
Most orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt. (Processing time does not include weekend days.) 
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. 
Orders with Priority shipping (2nd Day Service) will be processed the same day if received by 3:00 pm, EST. 
Orders are processed, shipped and delivered on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).

How to Return Merchandise
When sending in a return to ZOYA.com or QTICA.com please follow these instructions: 
1. Call CUSTOMER SERVICE at 1.800.659.6909
2. Indicate a reason for your return and how you would like your credit to be applied
3. Request an RA (Return Authorization) number. IMPORTANT: Returns without RA's WILL NOT be accepted
4. Include the packing slip with your return (if you do not have your packing slip, please indicate the order number on a separate piece of paper) 
5. Wrap the package securely 
6. Attach your return address 
7. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment
