Instructions
1. Prep and clean the nail using ZOYA Remove Plus
2. Apply your favorite Zoya Base or Naked Manicure Base Coat, Pure Perfector Plus or Naked Gelie (requires led light)
3. Apply your favorite nail polish color (desired number of coats)
4. Apply Your Favorite Zoya or Naked Manicure Topcoat
5. Apply Fast Drops to speed up drying and fuse all layers together.

To me this is a lighter but bright cobalt blue with a multi color shimmer. It is great for summer. I love it.
